The main function of this test bench is to realize the auto test for the decompression valve, valve spindle and reversing valve of the aircraft antiskid brake system. This test bench has high precision, high reliability and high automation. The auto-test function can exclude human factors to ensure the reliability of the test result. Test bench can realize auto-test according the test requirements. After data collection, curve plotting, analyzing and calculating the data, it will complete the test report with all kinds of parameter index, curve and tell whether the result qualified.

High power locomotive bogie dead load test bench

High power locomotive bogie dead load test bench is ues for checking the static test of the high pressure locomotive bogie. The vertical direction of the device’s beam has two hydraulic cylinders with magnetostrictive displacement sensor, through the servo valve it can control the displacement of the piston rod so that can realize Two cylinder synchronous loading or loading individually. On the head of cylinder’s piston rod there is a loading-force sensor, help to measure loading-force. When testing, servo control system first control the hydraulic loading cylinder by displacement, when the force sensor find the load-force up to the standard, displace control will turn to force control, to make the force load on the work piece meet the requirement of the bogie and then save and analysis the related data in the computer.

Hydraulic servo system of Double Way Oscillation Ceramic Die-Casting Machine

This system is designed by our company for a ceramic company. This device can produce a special ceramic with high quality through long-time heat( at 1700℃) and die casting under the high pressure. The system include displacement servo control and force servo control, it can according user’s need to set the voltage wave, two valve will do double way force control respectively, so that can ensure the uniformity of the top and bottom surface of the ceramic when die casting.

Friction Welding Machine mass flow high frequency servo system

Our company had provided the three-stage servo valve and hydraulic system to Northwestern Polytechnical University that matched the Friction Welding Machine mass flow high frequency servo system. Up to now, most of the blades of aero-engines are produced by the whole piece of titanium alloy after 5 surfaces milling, but if we can weld the blades on the spindle, it can save plenty of materials and time. The mass flow and high pressure servo valve (flow: 1000L/min, frequency: 100Hz) our company offered has already verified by testing and has done lots welding testing.

Armored vehicle simulator

Armored vehicle simulator is a servo hydraulic system our company produced for an Armour. This simulator is mainly used to simulate the road condition for the gun slaving system, so that to check the condition of the vehicle. Our company hired the work of the hydraulic pump station, four sets servo execution units and the system control part. The max flow of this system is up to 750L/min, rated oil pressure is 21MPa. The max load is 60 ton, the max velocity is 150mm/s, can realize four shafts linkage, single spindle automatic\manual control. Through different waves of input signal to realize different postures of the simulator, simulate the actual road condition and complete the gun slaving work at lab or workshop.

The servo control system of pressure pulse test bed our company offered for the auto companies and tester companies , can offer 0.5-80MPa pressure pulse through servo pressure cylinder, to do hydraulic pipelines and auto pipelines’ s impact resistance test.

High frequency response high thrust electro-hydraulic vibration control test bench

This test bench is the test device our company offered for ZHEJIANG University. The max load is 35 ton, max velocity is 400mm/s, accelerate vibration frequency can up to 100Hz. It is using controller of three parameters, can reduce wave form distortion, so that enhance the bandwidth of the system.

Hydraulic servo loading system of steering gear tester

This device is using for bogie’ s manufacturer to do research and development on their products. The input port of the oil supplier will rotate when the drive act, and servo cylinder will connect on the output port of the steering gear. Through leading different waves such as constant, sine wave, square wave and other kinds to the servo control system, to realize controlling of servo valve, let servo cylinder control the output port of the steering gear, so that can simulate the car’s steering.
