Description of High Precision Wire EDM Machine:
Our CTP series high precision wire EDM is mainly used to do multiple cutting for processing high-precision moulds, and both of its X and Y axes are driven by the stepper motor.
Its main components include control cabinet, machine body, water tank, intelligent tension control system, and intelligent operation system.
Meanwhile, it should adopt the packaging of fumigation wooden case, and highway or sea transportation.
Features of High Precision Wire EDM Machine:
1.Its intelligent operation system can deal with many CPU at one time.
2.Its advanced intelligent tension control system of the wire electrode is our own invention patent product.
3.Its working table is equipped with precision linear guide rail, precision ball screw, and centralized lubrication system.

4.No noise during the process of the wire frame automatically going up and down.
5.Imported guide rail with plastic stickers for the wire cylinder movement; contactless switch to control the silicon flexibility; and AC(alternating current) frequency conversion system to control the speed.
6.Diversified self-protection functions to make unwatched operation possible: overtravel self-protection function of the wire cylinder, broken wire autostop function of the machine tool, short circuit automatic return capability of the processing, power failure memory protection ability, short circuit automatic alarm function of the processing, broken wire automatic alarm capacity, and machine stop automatic alarm function after finishing processing.
Attentions for High Precision Wire EDM Machine:
1.The guide rollers should be kept clean, and the voltage of the machine tool and the water temperature should be kept stable.
2.Operation of large machine tools should be avoided in its surroundings.
3.Please regularly clean the guide roller assembly, as well as replace their bearings.
4.The circuit should be regularly examined and tested.
