Description of Idler Pulley:
The idler pulley, also referred to as guide roller, is often used to guide and convey wire electrodes, and we can supply customers with guide rollers as well as their assemblies.
Our idler pulley assembly mainly consists of idler pulley, bearings, and copper sheathing and it should adopt plastic case flexible packaging, and air, sea, or land transportation.
Features of Idler Pulley:
1.As for the materials, we have gem guide rollers and steel ones.
2.Both waterproof idler pulleys and non-waterproof ones are available.
3.Both front idler pulley and back idler pulley are available.
Attentions for Idler Pulley:
1.Measures should be taken to prevent corrosion and vibration.
2.It should be cleaned regularly.
3.Please change it every three months.
