QDY18 Series Servo Valve
DescriptionOur self-developed hydraulic flow control servo valve valve have been widely used in metallurgy, aerospace, shipbuilding, automobile, textile and printing industry.
QDY8 series three stage servo valve is a key control part of the electro-hydraulic servo control system, acting on electro-hydraulic conversion and power amplification. The performance and reliability will directly affect the performance and reliability of the entire system, so it is the core of electro-hydraulic servo-control system.
Working Process
To be specific, it can receive the electrical signal passed by system directly, and convert it into a load flow or pressure signal which is polarized, proportional and can control the electro-hydraulic servo valve, so that the system will output hydraulic power to drive the corresponding executive bodies.
Features of Hydraulic Flow Control Servo Valve
1. The machine uses a double-nozzle flapper valve as the pilot level, and furnished with electric feedback for main valve core position.
2. With good dynamic behavior and low energy consumption, it meet requirements for valves with high frequency response and flow from industrial fields.
3. Adopting an external controlling amplifier, this electro hydraulic servo valve is easy to adjust.
4. Allowing users selecting external controlling and discharging way for pilot controlling oil.
