Description of CNC Wire Cut EDM:
Our CNC wire cut EDM (Electric Discharge Machining), is mainly used to process high-precision moulds and work pieces. And as a medium-speed wire cut EDM, it is capable of multiple cutting.
The main elements of it are control cabinet, machine body, and water tank. And it should adopt the packaging of the fumigation wooden case, and highway or sea transportation.

1.With several CPU intelligent operating systems, it is convenient to operate.
2.The intelligent tension control system of the wire electrode contributes to constant and stable tension.
3.The customer optional diameter control system of the wire electrode can effectively control diameter changes, which contributes to high-precision products.
4.Precision linear guide rails, precision ball screw, and centralized lubrication system have been equipped in the working table.
5.No noise during the automatic going up and down of wire frames.
6.Imported guide rail with plastic stickers for the wire cylinder movement; contactless switch to control the silicon flexibility; and AC (alternating current) frequency conversion system to control the speed.
7.Diversified self-protection functions to make unwatched operation possible: overtravel self-protection function of the wire cylinder, broken wire automatic machine stop function of the machine tool, short circuit automatic return capability during the processing, power failure memory protection ability, short circuit automatic alarm function of the processing, broken wire automatic alarm capacity, and machine stop automatic alarm function after finishing processing.
